Thanks to everyone for your inputs & advice on the settings on the H2 carbs. As described in my earlier post I have gone through the full gambit of tests & adjustments on the problem carb, some adjustments improved the symptoms but none proved a long term cure - hence resorting to a full recondition...

Thanks for your response Tom, Burlen is one of the companies I`ve looked at & used for obtaining SU parts in the past, have spoken to them this morning & their current turnaround time is 10 x weeks, quotation for reconditioning the Twin H2`s is £600.00 + vat. Another company recommended is GW Carbs ...

Rebuilding an SU carburettor
I was wondering if anyone in the UK has used a company for re-building SU carburettors (off my TC). There are a few companies advertising this rebuild service in the UK but would prefer to go with someone by recommendation. Any pointers would be most welcome.
