The ideal solution is to use the 4.625:1 crown wheel and pinion available from Roger Furneaux. No modifications required simply replace the 5.125 (41 to 8) CW&P with the 4.625 ( 37 to 8 ) CW&P. I now have 8500 miles ( from May 1998 ) on TC9507, which was fitted with Rogers' CW&P during the rebuild. ...

Try fitting the electric push button starter switch on a right angle bracket mounted to the bolt that holds the steering column to the under dash mounting bracket. My TC9507 uses Ford 7.5" diaphragm clutch with no problems with 100 hp XPEG. If using 8" clutch the MGB diaphragm clutch is said to be better than MGA spring type.
