Those fillets go in front of the sidescreen box side rails. They are covered on the exposed side with vinyl (Rexine)
and are visible in the back of the "boot".

Re: Front fender mounting
Hi Mark - Yes, a bolt goes thru the brace, plate & Pad & fender and then into the front hole in the wing light (tapped threads inside the wing light) of course the wing light has its own (thin) pad as well. The rear bolt for the wing light passes thru plate & pad, etc. but not the brace. These are 1...

Re: Front scuttle capping
Looks to me as though the problem is with the scuttle, not the door hanging. The scuttle bottom seam line should be basically a straight continuation of the hood hinge line, with a bit of a kick-up at the end. Yours angles up way too much towards the dash - and some DPO has tried to fill in the gap ...

Not all of the TC police cars had the modifications Duncan listed - some were fairly stock.

Remember though, that the EXU layout is different, with the ammeter and oil pressure gauges in the middle,
and ignition switch and horn outboard on either end.

Re: Police TC - ignition coil
Hi Tim - Stunning restoration, VERY cool car. I've always been fascinated by the TC Police cars and had read about the larger battery box and generator bulge - but until your car I'd never seen photos of these - holy cow that generator bulge is positively enormous! Big enough for two - do you know t...
