Hi Bob that’s great I do have,I am pretty sure I could put it together without the manual and I’ve took loads of pictures and marked accordingly on de construction, it’s just that I found a medium sized brass nut (bsp)in the sump which puzzled me ! Hi guys I used 6 litres of single gloss paint in total on my TA plus the usual primer fillers etc
I used a trizac 3000 disc and the usual buff after

Hi Bob on my 1937 TA .Hole ‘A”it had a small screw fixed through the scuttle to the front centre support ,I had other holes that had the tonneau cover fixings in.i don’t know if hole ‘’A’’was factory fitted!

Hi Bob see piccys, I’ve set mine so it follows the curve at the corner of the scuttle, also the top centre dashboard support needs to form a nice line to the front top scuttle timbers , Regarding the rubber seal both my cars were tacked on , spacing of them looks like it wasn’t critical just tacked ...

Hi Bob just had a thought I think the wider bolt hole dimension over the battery section is to
allow the ply to sit in the rebate and not interfere with the lid .i shall check tomorrow when I get back home.

1/4” looks about right there’s a slight chamfer looking down the length !
