Re: Kill Switch and Fusible Link?
Steve I would hesitate to ask your store to make the cables , an inch too short and they are useless, over compensate and they are too long. The exact length will depend on the location of the battery isolator. As for position there are two main considerations, safety or security. Here in the UK certa...

Re: TA-TC fuel pump pressure
Facet fuel pump mounted near the tank keeps the fuel line cool , a pressure regulator to keep the pressure at about 2 to 3 psi works for me

Re: TC Cycle Fender Bushings and Bolts
The brackets look very nice , I have usually made my own from steel tube when building my Alvis and other specials in the past, I would be happy to sign up for a set of castings , freight and import duties to UK should be OK

Re: Handbrake Cable Grease fitting
Bryan I have double checked the thread and confirm that it is 5/16 BSF. To connect the oiler tube here you need a double male barrel nipple, one end is 5/16 for the fitting , the other end thread from memory is smaller to receive the female thread of the fitting on the end of the oiler tube

Re: Handbrake Cable Grease fitting
Good morning. I have just been replacing my handbrake cables, I thought that I had lost the fitting that screws in here , in the interim I fitted a grease nipple which screwed in perfectly. I will check at breakfast time but I am pretty sure it was a stock 5/16 BSF. I think you have done well to fin...

Re: Butlers trouble lamp question
Unless I misunderstand your description you are looking for a single filament double contact bulb where the respective contacts are power and earth, www.jbvintagespares.co.uk are listing them also another likely source will be Auto electrical services known as AES. Have you considered sifting throug...

from the frame up part number NTBR21
The part number refers to the special long nut which secures the TC master cylinder to its bracket. ( it makes access to the nut much easier ) Doug Pelton can supply from the USA but when contacted he suggested that it would be more economical to source one in the UK. I have contacted a number of UK...

After market TC brake cables
Abingdon UK have been able to supply replacement cables which look fine. The flexible outersheath now has a plastic cover which makes it somewhat more rigid. It is also a little too long which makes it quite a fight to snug up into the guide on the back plate, not only that but the compression sprin...
