Enough is enough, lets talk about something else than this never ending, day by day, inquest into selling or not selling on this web site, or any other for that mater. Any one like to talk about MG's for a change?

I think you are refering to the ones on the TA Cream Crackers or Trail cars, right?

it was on a list of comp parts that i obtained; it was on a factory that I bought.

PS- I'm sure that the trials cars probably had them.
From the book "M.G. Trails Cars"
Specification of Series T Competition Cars....amoung other things it sez:

Fit Master cylinder protector plates and double master sylinder pedal and
push rod.

in my minds eye, I see two master cylinders mounted side by side operated by two brake pedals welded together.....anyone have a better idea as to how they accomplished this?

For Ray McCrary: Ray, I don't know where you heard the TA/TB had dual M/C's; in fact, the TA/TB has a single M/C just like the TC/TD and TF. Love to know who told you that bit of rubbish.

Not rubbish Skip, they were applied by the factory on trials cars....not sure any TB's were trials cars but TA's certainly were......see my previous post.

TA Terry may be correct when he states that dual Master Brake Cylinders were used on TA trials cars. However, responding to Ray McCary's question, I assumed, perhaps wrongly, that he was talking about a production car. Who wants to mimic a TA trials car with dual M/Cs? I'm sure trials cars had many mods...no fenders, blowers, etc.,...but most of these never made it into procuction cars. Therefore, my position remains the same; to wit, no PRODUCTION TA/TB cars had dual Master Cylinders. Knowing the strictures of "never say never," I stand ready to be corrected on this.
