TC windshield defrost system

Post by Norman Golm » Sat May 09, 2015 7:35 am

Just sent along a picture of a TC defrost system. I feel the guys in England probably need these more than anyone.

Always wondered if those worked worth a darn. You'd need it if you drove in wet weather with all four side screens mounted!

Norman, I went from my old home near Sheffield to Manchester airport in the Caterham. It was raining hard on the way back. In those days I had a windscreen on the car (aero now).

I had rain on the outside of the screen, on the inside of the screen, on the outside of my glasses and on the inside of my glasses. Nightmare. The car had a heated windscreen but it didn't help.
