MG-TABC Graphics

Post by Gene Gillam » Wed Jan 09, 2013 9:19 am

I'm buying an enclosed trailer with plain white sides and would like to dress it up a bit. Is there a copywrite on the TABC badge drawing or would I be okay in getting a vinyl copy of it (enlarged of course) made for the sides of the trailer? :?

Gene, Try Russ Wilson (not sure if he is on the new forum yet though) as he is having the badges made up. He should have artwork for the badge. While the badge art would be adapted to work with a producing the badge, he must have the original art too.

And Austin Baer created the design so should have the art for the patch as well.

Thanks David...I'll send each an email and see what they say. Hopefully Austin will allow me to use it.

Russ Wilson (wilsonrs@ix.netcom.com) has the original art work. T-ABC has permission to reproduce the badge design.

Anyone else not seeing that image? I've allowed "tif" images to be attached, but maybe I shouldn't have.

Steve, It did not show up with my Firefox browser on my Mac but did when I viewed it with my Safari browser. Interesting.

Apparently some browsers no longer support tif images. They aren't exactly web-friendly anyway, being the largest file size possible. I'm going to set the forum to disallow them to avoid future problems.
