Paint Code for Wheels for 1948 TC

I used Chrysler silver mist acrylic enamel from 1967, sorry I don't have the code but your jobber can find it. Nice soft silver gray recommended by a renowned TC restorer in the area.

Bruce, if you are after originality, wheels leaving the factory when new were painted a much brighter silver than the standard we accept today. The new MWS wheels are nicely painted a grayer silver than ours were when new.

There are several postings about wheel color in the archive of messages; that s a god place to look.
