TC Speedometer removal

How does the trip wheel knob and extension on the speedometer come off? Thanks!

On mine there is a small pin that needs to be removed. It's pretty small so it can be a bit tricky to get out sometimes.

If you're just trying to remove the speedometer, you can usually wiggle it out without removing the knob though. Might depend on how tight the tolerance of the hole in the dash panel is I suppose.

Issue was the trip odometer spring setting stalk, bu I got it. Thanks.
