Looks like you have a TC bodied pump with blanked off plate with the 2-screw/bolts. You then have a TD end piece for the pipe and underneath pressure bolt. Clearly it works ... would interesting to see if any holes have been blanked/opened-up inside?
I can also see its an America TC or at least from there due to the chromed bonnet catches and steering column ...

Here is a stock TC oil pump, with a very early aftermarket specialty piece. This was to allow an aftermarket oil filter without banjo fitting oil lines.

it is not a TC - all TC´s are RH drive,
could be a TD
