I haven't used them but I don't see any red flags. They don't seem to carry much though.
EDIT: A web search showed two very dissatisfied customers who got cheap knockoff parts instead of the parts they ordered. I didn't find anything else whether positive or negative.

Found it strange got at first prompt response from website and suddenly no answers as what I see on their website doesn’t tally with checkout (

Are you sure yours can't be rebuilt? Generally speaking, these things never truly wear out. It might just need new bushings and brushes.
