TC carpets
TC carpets
Not having done this before, please could someone tell me if the seat runners should go in first or should the carpets be fitted first with the runners on top?
Thanks.

Thanks Tom. I would be interested to know if anyone has used sound deadening material on their car and if it was worth doing?
Re: TC carpets
When taking apart TC6984 I found this sound deadening which I thought might be original- later I realized this car had it's rear section replaced as the back wooded panel of the side curtain box had rotten out. Not sure if this is correct of not but I plan to put a more modern sound deadening material with an adhesive backing over the rear wheel arches.

How many ears do you think I have???
I thought of fitting sound deadening from the the toe board back because I have a stainless steel extractor manifold and pipes that may well become a bit tiresome on a long trip. I am not just thinking about me but my passenger. The down side is that it is just more weight to lug about.
