the rims on my tc measure 4" outside. i wanted to order new tires from blockley but they
indicate the rim width max should be 3.25 for the 4,00 x 19 tires. do i have non standard rims?
cheers

Rim width is measured on the inside. Yours should be 2.5" same as mine.
They are stamped DRC 250 19
I have these radials from American Classic.

Re: tc wheel dims
I ordered my Blockleys from Motor Wheel Service. They had good prices on spinners so I ordered a full set of those as well.
4.50 x 19 Blockley Tyres (100% Rubber)
DoT plant code 0X2
TR13 Tube : 450/500 x 19 - Rubber Valve
100% Rubber Inner Tube with a Rubber Valve
Rim Band To Suit 18"-19" Wheel (100% Rubber)
Go with the Blockley inner tubes, they are very thick.
Re: tc wheel dims
ok, i did order the bockley tires and tubes. also rebuilt the bishop steering box with new cam, peg, bearings etc.
also new steering balls and new hubs and bearings. i set toe in to 7/16". no more wandering and now fun to drive.

Good to hear you got the original steering sorted out. The quick Bishop cam steering box is wonderful. Nothing quite like it.
