January ride

Post by Michael DeRentz » Sun Jan 20, 2013 2:15 pm

I took advantage of a warm January day to take the old girl out for a spin before the temps plummet. All fine except for a leaking core plug. Spring project. I love 10 minute projects for which you have to dismantle half the car. And find things you want to paint, replace etc.
First post to the new forum. Pretty painless.

Oh boy, the "might as wells" are looming!

We're facing the opposite here. It was humid, rainy and cold (into the 20's at night) here for the past few weeks and this weekend it has warmed into the 70's during the day. I'm bringing the TC out!

I have a leak too, and it's either the rear main seal or the oil galley plug. It's just going to have to leak for a while. Too pretty outside to pull an engine from a running car.
