I HAVE TWO BELL HOUSING AND DON'T REALLY KNOW WHICH ONE IS CORRECT FOR MY TC ENGINE.
THERE IS DEFIANTLY DIFFERENCE'S BETWEEN THEM. I DO KNOW THAT ONE OF THEM HAS BEEN MODIFIED AND CUT IN TWO PLACES. AND ONE SEEMS TO BE FOR L/H AND ONE FOR R/H???
COULD SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I HAVE?
I AM TRIING TO ADD AS MANY PHOTO'S AS POSSIBLE AND DON'T KNOW IF IT WILL ALL WORK, IF SOMEONE WANTS MORE PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

The red one is TC. It has a larger spigot diameter on the front mounting face to allow the larger TC input bearing to locate. The clutch actuating lever on the outside of the bell housing in not correct. It should have an arm at the top that carries a stop bolt.
The olive green one is probably early TD. A machine shop could modify it to fit TC. I have had a TD one modified for my car.

Jim,
I think I would try to get the TD bell housing modified to suit the TC. Your original TC unit is in pretty poor shape. The mounting flange has been removed across the top and there is an extra cut out in the flange as well, so you have lost a couple of bolt holes.
I was lucky with mine as I worked at an engineering shop so the guys at work did it for me.
