Wow Rob,
That must be a world record for a tub rebuild, congratulations!
Where did you source your wood and how was the overall fit?
Hope to be reinstalling my radiator and changing the oil over the weekend... If I hang the dash, the restart may be pending....

"I'm not aware of any replacement frames being made..."
............. About 15 or 20 years ago an outfit in the Northwest US made up about a score of new replacement MGTC frames for retail sale. They were beautiful and most went for sale off market.
Saw one that was the last of the production line listed on eBay in 2017 for $4000 and it sold quickly, However none of the frames had numbers stamped anywhere -- made that way so the purchasers could do their own numbers.
Oh so many MGTC have burned up !!
The main cause is from electrical fires in the cockpit - usually under the dashboard. [Not just "Lucas Smoke"]
Please disconnect the battery when working on anything electrical, and then before hooking anything back up to the battery, please put a main cut off switch under the dash or inside the cockpit somewhere that is easy and quick to reach.
It is usually too late to unhook the battery leads by the time that the "Smoke comes out of the woodwork."
Octagonally yours,
