MG T-ABC

Hi,
I am wanting to repaint my TC's engine and wondered if anyone know the correct red and light green that was used for the block/head and rocker cover?
Also any recomended supplier for said paints?

NTG have a maroon colour which seems right. No idea on the green I'm afraid.

Silvery grey color rocker cover if painted.
