Moss urethane bushings

Before I start complaining to Moss again about the fitment of the supplied parts (Carb kt had several) I'd like to make sure what I have here on the TC is correct. All measurements are to the nearest 32"
Frame shackle tube 1 1/2"
spring eye 1 7/32"
It would appear that the spring bushings should be even shorter that the frame bushings and the plates make up the extra difference between the two.
The urethane bushings supplied with the kit are all the same and when paired together measure 1 19/32" from the inside of one flange to the other. Way to long to work in the springs and slightly to long with the frame.
I'd post pictures if I could figure out how.
I'd welcome all feed back.
Thanks,
LaVerne

You will probably have to trim them a bit to make them fit up. Perfection alludes on some of this stuff.

LaVerne...
Gotta sand the inner ends off of each one a bit to make them fit.

When I installed my poly bushings from Phil Marino, I had to cut them down quite a bit to fit. I suspect they are all made larger than necessary due to varying specs on the cars.

Steve's picture shows the problem. They are considerably longer than needed. I had to cut them to fit. still haven't figured how to post a picture.. I can get them under 1 mb but still no go. Discovered a crack in the frame just ahead of the engine mount on the drivers side while working on the bushings. Guess I get to do some welding.

From the tips thread at
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=14
When attaching images, they must be 1mb or less in file size, and 1600 pixels or less in physical size. To attach an image, use the "Upload Attachment" area just below the reply area. Browse for your photo or file, and select it. Optionally you can also enter a "file comment" which will be displayed with the attachment in your post. Finally, click "Add the file". You can attach up to ten photos per post.
You must be in the "Full editor" to attach images, and don't forget to click the "Add the file" button before pressing submit!

How do I change the pixel size? There isn't any quality adjustment in the cell phone I shoot these with and I'm not dragging the Cannon out to the shop.

The bushings are made to fit a variety of English cars. For the TC and perhaps other T cars, they will have to be cut down. I had to cut mine about 1/8 inch or so on each one... Cut to fit your particular application.
