I know it was a b%%% on the TD and TF ..even with the pedals removed. So whats the best way to go about it on the TC ?

No easier, but you can do it with the pedals on. Use lots of lubricant and slip it over the pedals. It will stretch to the point that you're convinced the rubber will tear, but it never does. No promises of course, but I've never seen one split. I seem to remember using a light oil, but some use KY or similar. I figure whatever you use, you'll want to clean it out afterward so it doesn't collect road grime inside the boot.

I've got it on..tackling some new felt padding for the rear wheel arches right now. Still not sure about the side curtain box.
