Tonneau cover

Post by Burmester » Thu Sep 03, 2015 4:39 am

I should be very grateful to hear from any UK member with experience of obtaining or adapting a tonneau cover for a T-Type fitted with a roll bar. Photographs would be very useful.

As this is a topic likely to be of interest only to a very few, I suggest that I am contacted off-line at james.burmester@btconnect.com

I suspect that any good upholstery shop should be able to adapt the tonneau. It isn't unlike doing it for any other classic car. I don't know of any source for a ready made tonneau since rolls bars vary wildly in size and styles.

James, here's a couple of shots of mine. I had an old tonneau cover that I took (with the car) to an upholsterer shop and they cut and fit it in an afternoon's time.
