Mystery turn signals - need help to identify them

Post by pleask » Tue Dec 22, 2015 11:53 am

These (two of them) turn signals came in one of the many box's of my '48 TC. I know they are not from a TC, but is anyone able identify what car(s) they came on but more specifically how old they are please?

Thanks, Pat

They didn't come from Cars. They are vintage 1920's - 30's trucks., Pierce Arrow, Dodge, Chevy and others of the day all had similar looking turn signals. These are probably Pierce Arrow with the "bowed curvature" of the arrow. Value is based on condition - maybe $125 for the pair you've got to $325 restored. They are NOT British by any means!

Maybe the previous owner thought they would look good on the rear end of a TC. A bit overbearing for my taste though.
