Must weigh a ton, possibly made of spent uranium since they want 44.75 for shipping a pin!

Having owned two Tickfords in the past, WA Tickford and TA Tickford, I keep some information on Tickfords. .  I have the 1-1/4" diameter lapel pin as shown on EBay.  I also have the 3" diameter badge bar badge, exactly the same design . Both Tickford badges came in plastic wrappers with "Made in China "  stickers. Obviously not 80 years old .  These were supplied fairly recently, maybe ten or fifteen years ago.  As such, I can't say the were a gift from Tickfords.

BTW, shipping to Canada for the lapel pin is given as 67.28 GBPounds, bloody hell

I believe these badges and pins were the brainchild of Bill Hentzen in Wisconsin, about 10 years ago. I still have a few badges but no more pins. We have installed the badges on every Tickford we restored since then - a nice addition.
