TA Leaf Springs

I have disassembled my rear springs, and I find that, like Herman Munster's ears, they are not a matched pair.
Leaf length measurements in inches, top to bottom.
Left......18-3/4, 26-1/4, 37 loop C/L to end, 34, 30,...........22-1/2, ..15,...........10-7/8, 7-1/4
Right..18-7/8, 27-3/4, 37 loop C/L to end, 33, 30-3/8, 22-5/8, 14-3/4, 11,............7
All leaves are symmetrical with a central alignment button except the 33" on the right is non-symmetrical by an inch. (Maybe it lost an inch somehow?)
The alignment buttons and cavities on the left are 7/16" diameter, where on the right they are 3/8" diameter.
Both have carriage bolts and sleeves in the U-clips, but the left are 5/16" dia. where they are 1/4" dia. on the right.
I also find the leaf ends are not tapered nor is there a radius, they are just whacked off straight, with the result that the sharp ends have worn a mark on the next leaf, not much but still could have been avoided by a radius or taper. I'll put one on them.
The curvature is not the same on all leaves, so unless I hear otherwise I will assume the straighter ones have lost a bit and should be recurved to match the curvier ones.
Thoughts and comments?
