Please could someone check for me the width of the chrome trim that fits onto the side screens.

Thank you.

I have an original set of side screens here, and they measure approximately 0.45" (varies between .43 and .52) which agrees with Rick's measurements.

Thanks to both of you!!
I notice that only the "spoon ends" type (TD/TF) is available and I have to say that I prefer the neatly mitred look as fitted to the TC.

I hope to be able to find an alternative that I can cut to shape but I suppose if all else fails the self adhesive stuff would suffice.

i too prefer the miter type but had to settle for the spoon end type. some of the pieces were too short and
would come loose from the fasteners. after a lot of adjusting, at least there mounted. i still do not like the gaps
at the corners.

Hi
i got the car with simple sidescreens, not really fine

with tax and shipping 200 Euros for a part i doesn t need
now i had some time to think about it and i will buy some alu

Mit Bohr-Kennrille
Vielseitig einsetzbar
Schlichtes und modernes Design
Leicht zu verarbeiten
Multifunktional

1 , 65 Euro

only a few euros for all
i will drill some holes for the screws and then i will glue this here on it

Franz. An alternative is self adhesive chrome trim.

If you use a translator you will see that it is the same as what I want to do

I will fix the aluminium trim with the existing screws and then glue the self-adhesive chrome trim to the aluminium trim.
