Just a small point. Sherrell seems not to mention it.

Could someone please tell me where the tank strap rubbers are supposed to finish?
At the top, should they go right up to the body? ( in which case they seem to flop about in the gap)
or should they follow the tank down the back?

And at the other end where do they finish?
Again, should they be cut to the shape of the straps or follow the tank round underneath.?

Perhaps they need to be stuck to the underside of the straps? or to the tank itself?

From what I can tell from looking at factory photos, rubber at top ends where the strap turns 90 degrees to attach to the body, and ends on the bottom where the strap no longer contacts the tank.
