When attaching the bottom of the tank straps, am I correct in assuming there should be a nut (and perhaps a lock washer?) on the tank strap stud on top of the clevis that attaches to the rear crossmember, as well as a nut and lock washer underneath?
This seems to be the only way you can clamp this side of the clevis to the crossmember. (Using the standard bolt, lock washer and nut on the other side of the clevis.)
