Hi guys looking for any history on my 1939 TA , Totally Ts in the uk put a shout out but not one single reply
It’s not the same car that left Abbington in 1939
I don’t want to say much more as it may affect any feed back

Hi guys I really am sorry but I’ve just had confirmation the this car was fitted with a Tickford body and apparently the body is on another car in the uk !
I am now looking at maybe trying to get enough info to maybe have a go at this , yeah totally mad!!!
I think I already have a windscreen and surround sourced. Any body with technical info drawings / sketches etc I would be interested in
Cheers Mick

it is your car
you have to like it
my TA has a TC Body in the back, all behind the bulkhead
i love it
i will never sell it
i will drive it and enjoy it
the technic has to be good so you can drive it without problems

I would say just imagine you had bought the chassis new from Abingdon (as you had decided to fit your own body) and take it from there. Forget about the Tickford and think instead about a pointed tail, supercharged recreation... like the ones Steve Baker does . I understand he has those bodies made at a place in the Sparkenhoe Business Centre at Hinkley.

Just another option.
I wish I had done it ...rather than have a standard body made for my TC.!
