Does anyone make an aftermarket crank pulls incorporating a harmonic balancer?

Commonly not considered very important in this engine, as the harmonic occurs at a fairly high 4,700 rpm.

There was a write up in TSO back in the 80s that said someone in Australia was working on producing one it didn’t say who it was and I haven’t heard of anything currently available.
