Try as I might I can`t find the T-Type advertiser who supplies a collection of the commonly used nuts and bolts in the UK for T-Types. I know should have kept a link. Any help please.

He's not in the UK, but Doug Pelton at From the Frame Up supplies kits of nuts, bolts, washers and sceews for various applications like attaching wings, attaching tub to chassis, running boards, etc. Very good quality, very convenient, and CORRECT! Highly recommended.
I believe Abingdon Spares is also beginning to put kits together.

Good day I know these are not original but as I intend at a later stage to remove running boards and rear guards to have painted I have chosen to fit what are called lug bolts so that can refit everthing back as it was.
When I had body tub painted it took only an hour or so to remove these guards etc but refitting has been quite a chore as all mounting holes were covered over and had no reference point.
On fitting rear guards they were either in to far or did not align with the running boards.
If only I had at least one hole that matched as both guards had numerous holes.
I figured that they are out of sight anyway and easier to fit a spanner to than a screw driver.
When guards etc are removed you are left with a neat stud protruding ready to fit as before when required
Hope this of some assistance. Ian.
