There must be a luggage rack so that the rear view is not blocked. If so, would appreciate knowing where to obtain one.

I just sold one, but you can probably find another. It looks something like the one on the left of this photo. It didn't fold, but had a quick release so you could take it off and put it in your hotel room while on tour.
