Is the TC's Forever a first edition? If so, how much? Jan/Fairfield

It's printing #1129, first edition. SIgned three times by Mike Sherrell in 1991, 1992 and 2015. I'm selling for the owner, who it's signed to. He was asking $180 but would entertain offers.
The followup book TCs Forever More is also available and is also signed. I'm sure he would cut a deal on the pair.
