I presume you mean the 'flasher relay' used primarily on the US TC's and TD's and not the traditional Lucas cylindrical flasher unit?
If so they can be found at all the T-type suppliers and are plenty on ebay too ... around £50. Beware, if youre going to use one your wiring loom will need to adapted and or made to include the wiring as there's quite a bit of difference ... Autosparks here in Sandiacre, Nottingham UK do them

Thanks for that I appreciate your comments. I have a new loom via the Octagon which includes the additional for flashers (I think they come from Autosparks). The thing is I am going to use LEDs which means that the relay/flasher unit differs from the original 8 pin setup. What I hope do do is use an original "container " to enclose the updated electronic relay/flasher unit which allows for the double filament LED bulb.

ah well if youre trying to cover up you electronics in the casing of the relay unit, you will be using and be able to see something that was never originally on a TC ... so why dont you use a perfectly usable and correct period fuse box in or around the battery/cutout box area?
