What car is this part from?

Can anybody tell me what car this brake line union is from. I know TCs and TD-TFs, and I don't recognize it. Advice appreciated!

I haven't seen this type of compression fitting on anything I've worked on. Definitely not T-Type.

Thanks for the comment! Could the part be from a pre-war MG of some type?
