I know I'm needy...sorry...need another image fuel sender

Post by LaVerne Downey » Wed Apr 23, 2014 7:18 am

pieces fell out of this one when I took the cover off and it's not exactly like the ones on my TD and TF. I like to see an image on the inside on one to see if I can possibly repair this one.'

Thanks,

LaVerne

JB weld the cover on and use a stick to check fuel level. It won't leak and will be more accurate.

Good luck, and be prepaired to repair it again and again, keeping you busy, as this monkey metal construction will keep on leaking! Gene's suggestion is OK, I even put a blind flange on the tank and use the warning light for low oil pressure, much more important than 10 Ltrs fuel left in tank.
