How does the rear fenders connect to the gas tank? I know there is a rubber buffer piece and a bolt but the rubber piece has a large end and a small end. Does it go between the fender and the tank with a small bolt hole in the fender with the bolt and a washer going through into the gas tank end plate bottom hole or some different arrangement - and is large end or small end of the rubber piece toward the gas tank lend plate - thank you
