D tail lamp

Post by jagman2 » Wed Oct 21, 2020 8:43 am

hello again...my car at one time ( TC1508 home model ) had a D rear lamp that was painted black without the divider and the lens without the groove for the divider. the question is , were some early TC's supplied with this lamp or was this a replacement at some point? thank you in advance for your input. cheers

I remember that the only much later D-lamps had no divider bar, and they were all chrome. Some other car used black ones, but my memory is failing me...

These D-Lamps were used on many different vehicles, so there were all kinds of combinations of Lens colors, housing colors and dividers versus solid. Your car probably got a generic replacement at some point.
