Hello to all of you...
I'm fairly new to this forum and maybe it will be a good idea to introduce myself and my "new" car.
At the age of 57 years, I decided I had to find something, that would make me look a little bit younger in direct comparison ...so my choice of the day was to put my money into an old car, rather than into a young lady...mainly because the follow-up costs seamed to be much lower to me...
So, for a short time now, I am the proud owner of a 1948 MG TC in Sequoia Cream with green leather interior.
The car was originally produced on October the 14th in 1948 and has traveled almost as much around the world as I have...
As far as I know, the car went from UK to Canada, where he stayed until 2013...moved over to Vegas in the US until 2016, before arriving in Berlin (Germany) in the same year.
Since the middle of this year (2020) his new home is in the beautiful region of North-Rhine-Westphalia...and I hope that I will enable him a save and longlasting life together with me (just because my life will be longlasting too in that case ).
Hope to get a lot of important and helpful information out of the forum and maybe I will be able (sometime in the future) to give assistance to someone too...
I attached a few pictures and I am curious about any comments or advices...

Welcome! That looks like a very nice example of a TC. I must say this is the first time I've heard of someone buying a TC to look younger!

Welcome,
A very clean example of a nice TC. Enjoy the drives.

My what a pretty car. I think that may still be my favorite color scheme on these cars. Enjoy!
