Completed Restoration TB 0613
The 5 year journey is complete. (Not really, I still tinker with stuff as I learn). Many thanks to this forum and particularly to those that step out there with advice and opinions. I used it all. Long story short, TB0613 was purchased by Dad for Mom 1968 while stationed at High Wycombe, (Dawes Hill RAF). Dad painted that little white car to red, which meant this 11 year old spent hours sanding. Then I "restored* the car as a high schooler, sandblasted everything. Red again. Replaced rotted wood with oak pieces, maybe 20%. 1978 I finally went into debt (house mortgage in Lake Charles Louisiana) whereupon mom and dad gave me the car. 40 years of driving it and having fun; daughter learned to drive a stick, two grandkids learning to drive a stick, I decided to give the TB a proper restoration. 5 years later, here it is:

Beautiful work! It must feel great to see a family heirloom back in its glory.
