Wanted: TC Hub, Front preferred but can make a rear hub work

Used and reasonable for TC wheel truing set-up. Located in Illinois.

Not for road use, just good enough to mount the wheel and spin it. Old mating spinner a plus!!

Thanks. Marv TC5141

Marv,
Could you adapt an MGB hub for your purpose? B splines fit the 19" TC wheels but would require sourcing an MGB knockoff. I used a B front hub to make a tire changer.
Cheers, Bill

Hi Bill:

I was thinking that maybe an "A" or "B" hub might work. I'll have to look in the back room junk pile, I think I've got some of each.. Also have a couple Austin Healey hubs somewhere to, just haven't made time to dig them out.

Cheers. Happy Holidays..

The splines and tapers are all the same on MG, Triumph, Austin Healey, etc. Jaguar and some others are larger. Threads are 12TPI on most hubs before early 60's and 8tpi after. So you only need the matching spinner.

Yep, thanks Steve. Think I got it whipped once I dig in the junk pile!

Done and done! old Healey hub and spinner found in junk pile. Will work out great. Thanks Bill and Steve for jogging my grey matter into place.
