I recently acquired one of the early flip top radiator caps that was commonly seen on prewar cars. It is missing the locking arm for the quick release. I thought Barry Walker used to market these caps but went to his website only to find out he is no longer selling MMM parts. Does anyone know who is producing these or might have the locking arm for these caps? I really would like to put it to good use

So who actually produces these repop caps? None of the venders have been helpful in supplying the lever or willing to divulge their source for the caps. I would like to make this whole again so if anyone actually knows the manufacturer of the repops and can pass me some contact info I would greatly appreciate it.

Re: Prewar/MMM (?) radiator cap
The ones I've seen in the past few years were all made by local machinists, but they seem to have sold all their stock. Not a big market for these things so I guess they stopped making them. Such a small part would probably be inexpensive to have custom made.
