I have recently the regular accident of the TC windscreen, due a longest screw-
NOTE Pay a lot of attention to it

I have find a big glass shop here in TRIEST (Italy) that makes the stratified glass 3mm+3mm
they also make tempered glass but they must send the doble glass to Klaghenfurth (Austria)
and this expand a lot the waiting days ( 30)
I have make a Plywood 6mm template (as my extinct glass)

for the Temperated and double glass I pay Euro 120

I suggest to you to find, nearside you a similar big glass shop laboratory, that make windows and windows shops
In this Google Album (very chaotic) you can find all the photos of the operation

I hope this can help

In the States, any glass supplier that does truck, RV or School Bus glass can make up a TC screen. I assume it would be the same in the UK. It is just flat safety glass and easily cut to fit. The concern did that did mine also made up new glass for my Brooklands screens.

Sorry, can't help you with the UK. As has been said, any glass company can do it by using laminated glass as it can be cut simply. In Sydney there is a company that specialises in automotive windscreens and it also has approval to add the appropriate Standards mark and designation so you are unequivocally street legal.

Frustrating for you but there must be several equivalents in the UK. Kit car builders would probably know them.
