Looking for a BOOST gauge

Post by Mitchman2 » Mon Nov 12, 2018 7:19 pm

I'm building a supercharged TC Q Special (I found a body-less chassis) and need a Boost gauge that is or looks period. I've got a bunch of gauges coming from Smiths for the rest, but they offer a Turbo gauge that reads in bars rather than pounds.

Are there any places in the UK that might have this?

Thanks.

I've seen several period original and period style gauges, but another idea might be to get a custom face to match whatever you're using on the rest of them. If you use original gauges then sometimes it's even nice to see them not match. I'll try to remember where I've seen replicas selling. Maybe check with Robert Ford on the TABC email list. He has the best special I've ever seen.

Great ideas for building your own boost gauge on youtube.
