Aluminum Instrument Panel?

Post by TBrad » Thu Jan 31, 2019 9:55 pm

Anybody ever come across an aluminum/aluminium reproduction instrument panel on a TC? Just the center section, not the entire facia.

Hallo
it should be easy to make one by yourself
2 years ago i have done a new door bell panel atmy door from stainless steel
i looked to the web and found a companie with a perfect tool to do it
cutworks
https://www.cutworks.com/shopSelection.html

there you can paint it and they will laser it for a good price.

so you only need the measerment

or you download freecad , draw it and upload the stl

Yes! A good friend made one for his td in exactly the same shape as the original but was able to szqyeeze ib a few more items. I don't recall what they were. He made it out of about 3/16" aluminum and gave it an engine turn finish. It looked quite nice. He is gone but the car was TC 5050 if you could find it. It went to California.
