Hello,
I am a new member: I own a TD25780 since six years and since a few months a TC6757.
I have checked the clutch bell housing and found a tiny crack in correspondence of the rear RHS ler arm: the crack is obviously due to age and cycles of clutch using .... I understand from TC's for ever that this is a TC weak point.
Anyone has experience in repair this crack? I would like to get it welded in place to avoid removing the housing bell.

I'm not sure where on the bellhousing your crack is...I'm not familiar with the term "rear RHS ler arm". If you're referring to where the clutch lever is on the outside of the bellhousing I've had a crack there and had it repaired but I did have the bellhousing out of the car. Welders are amazing with what they can do but there's not a lot of room in that area to work and there's sure to be oil and grease in the crack that will need to be removed before it can be welded.

yes that's the crack (Rear right hand side of bell in correspondence of the clutch arm - the crack is caused by weak aluminium and the fbackward reaction force when the clutch is presse.
It is clear that welders want the part off the car, neatly cleaned and be able to weld verttically on the crack, as fused aluminium tends to flow away.
I will see what I can do for now and possibly postpone the welding.
I will let know my solution.

Cleaning the bell housing is absolutely mandatory for this repair. I cannot see how it could be done with the bellhousing remaining in the car. I had this repair done, and have been happy with the result.
When the new clutch release shaft bushing is installed, it might be a good idea to install a grease fitting so as to be able to lubricate this point in the future.
Also, there is a stop bolt on the clutch actuating arm. If this is not adjusted correctly, it is possible to crack the bellhousing with the force of the foot on the clutch pedal.
