Transmission oil

Are you driving for hours at a time. I am changing the oil because the longer i drive the worse it gets.

I do. I drove 400 miles in one afternoon a few weeks ago. It sounds like the oil you're using can't handle the heat. Or maybe it's too slippery for the synchros.
