Good morning listers,
I seem to have ended up with three forward carburettor tops and no rear !
In consequence the carb-to-carb pipe I bought from B & G form an ugly loop when connected.
Does anyone have a spare rear SU carburettor top they would be willing swap for the forward version; or sell of course.

The covers have a part number 1160 & 1161 on the fuel inlet , possibly 4260 or 4261, it I easier to ask by number otherwise you wind up sending incorrect covers for ever

The part reference in my SU specification catalogue gives the following:-
LH AUE 998 (Casting No. 4260)
RH AUE 999 (Casting No. 4261)
This refers to T2 Size 2x3/8" diameter with tickler pin and raised lettering "SU Carburetter Co Ltd Birmingham"
The earlier style T1 has raised lettering "SU Adderley Park Birmingham" also with tickler pin.
