The plywood panel measures 40-1/2" wide and could be cut out of a piece 40-1/2" x 9" wide.
I doubt there was ever any drawing of it in the usual sense, more likely to have been a steel template that they traced around. It's symmetrical but pretty irregular. The speedo and tach holes are 21" apart measured center-to-center and 4-3/4" diameter.
The centers are 4" from the top of the humps.
The center hole is 10-1/4" x 4-1/2". The lower edge is curved and 3/4" from the lower curved edge of the panel. More or less parallel, if one can say parallel about curves.
The center panel is the same as TC so probably readily available.
