tc home mirror on TC1508

hello

anyone familier with this mirror? it is dash mounted with angled stem for right hand drive. no evidence of any top mount having been installed.

it's marked DEMSO on the stem w/pat no

TC2190 has exactly the same mirror fitted, but the mounting plate is screwed to the top of the scuttle panel horizontally.
TC2190 / XPAG1098 (originally 2745).
