Here are two photos of my 1948 MG TC, serial number 5130, engine number 5811. The car was purchased in February 1997. The restoration is about 10 years old. Prior to the restauration, the car was white (ugh!). Although I haven´t driven it much, it is intended to be a "fun" car, not a show car.
I am a real novice regarding cars, mechanics and MGs. However, I have found everyone who loves MGs to be friendly and a lot more knowledgeable than I am. I am currently replacing the few non-original parts and also looking for sources of out of print books. Any help in this area would be appreciated.
The MG T-ABC-List is great and, in the short time it has been around, has been helpful in locating some parts and tools.
